The candidate should be interested in long-term employment, with growth opportunities within the business.
Previous experience is not required but encouraged.
Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Coordinate all electronic processes related to specific projects.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Maintain office policies and procedures Maintain contact lists Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Assist with and take incoming calls, e-mails, and internal/external correspondence Establish and maintain various filing and records management systems Reviews, edits, scan, and file documents Services new and existing client requests Assists with the development of processes and procedures Creates, consolidates and maintains client databases Coordinating with Site Superintendent(s), Supervisor(s) to ensure information is accurately recorded Generate Daily Reports:
Work with the Office and Project Managers to transmit data Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings Maintaining project schedules and ensuring deadlines are met Maintaining and organizing project files and records Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and advancement.
