They will field correspondence and maintain calendars and scheduling.
Additionally, this individual will organize events, reports and documents to ensure ease of access.
And will perform clerical and administrative tasks to assist the Executive Team and other members of the staff.
This position will also be responsible for the organization of the office, including organization of files, filing, and general office upkeep.
The Administrative Assistant will report to the Executive Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer and direct all correspondence and emails Manage and organize email communication Maintain calendars and scheduling Establish communications between vendors, customers and executives Organize documents and reports Some Project Management Maintain a filing system for both legal and non-legal documents Handle requests for information from internal and external sources Perform receptionist duties as needed Scan documents into document management software (Excel) Manage office supplies and order supplies as needed Perform receptionist duties Compose and type correspondence in a timely manner while maintaining a professional appearance Organize office files, records, and documentation using (Microsoft Word, etc.
)to create, edit, and create PDF files for uploading to external sources (legal or non-legal) File and maintain records in a timely manner while maintaining a filing system that is organized and easy to use.
Experience:
Minimum of three year's experience as an Administrative Assistant required.
