Job Purpose:
Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving problems and taking fuel orders.
In addition, performing office tasks such as invoicing, filing, and correspondence to customers.
Responsibilities:
Creating customer accounts with accuracy.
Updating account information; Resolves account or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Works cooperatively with others in an office environment.
Take phone calls and creates orders for oil deliveries and service calls Position is 2 weeks of training:
8-4:
30 Monday-Friday Normal hours are:
Tues - Fri 10 am - 6:
30 pm, Saturday 8-4:
