- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment - Review and reconcile vendor statements - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies or issues - Prepare and analyze reports related to accounts payable activities - Assist with other accounting tasks as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or related field preferred - Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices including coding and posting to G/L - Proficient in data entry and 10-key typing - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to analyze financial information and identify discrepancies - Familiarity with technical accounting concepts is a plus -knowledge of MS Excel We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including:
